APPLICATION OF POLYMER PACKERS
The cross sliding valve of the lamella drive-in packers prevents the material from escaping after the injection process.
APPLICATION OF ADHESIVE PACKERS
The packer is glued over the crack with a mixture of polyurethane resin or epoxy resin and possibly an adjusting suspending agent (to increase the thickness). Ensure that the opening of the packer is directly over the crack and the injection channel of the packer is not blocked. Adhesion packers are mainly used on buildings, where no drilling is permitted (normally thickness of structural elements = distance between packers) because of structural reasons (e.g. prestressed concrete).

The adhesive tensile strength of the surface and the characteristics of the adhesive (sealing material) have a significant influence on the possible injection pressure
APPLICATION OF WEDGE PACKERS
Wedge packers are driven directly into the crack, usually from 1-2 mm width, and then injecting the injection material (injection). No time-consuming drilling work is needed. The wedge packers are made of metal or polymer.
APPLICATION OF SELF-INJECTING DEVICES
The self injecting device is used when the injection process must be carried out at low pressure (approx. 1 bar) and over a longer time period to ensure a successful result.
APPLICATION OF STEEL TILE PACKERS

- For repair works tiles do not have to be removed any more
