Injection devices

Injection devices deliver the material during the injection process. Currently, the following three versions are available:

One-component machine (1C): One-component filling material is delivered using one-component machines. The machines have a material hose with spray gun/ball valve and either they are equipped with a material container or the material is sucked out of separate containers.
Information: When the injection work is interrupted for a time possibly exceeding the pot life of the material, the machine must be cleaned completely to avoid that the filling material hardens in it.

Two-component machine (2C): The two components of the filling material are separately delivered to the mixing head; only there it is brought together and mixed (static mixer). The forced delivery of the components ensure a constant mixing ratio that can be continuously monitored and recorded e.g. with the accessory II.
Information: When the injection work is interrupted, only the mixing head must be cleaned.

Three-component machine (3C): The functional principle corresponds with the two-component machine; the third component is the cleansing agent for rinsing the mixing head.
Information: When the injection work is interrupted, the mixing head is rinsed with the cleansing agent.
