Injection of voids

Construction: A void is a defined hollow space in a construction element (air voids, etc.), between construction elements (joints, etc.) or between construction elements and adjacent material (basement retaining wall/filling material, tunnel wall/soil, etc.) filled with another medium (gas/air, fluids/water). The injection of voids has two possible purposes, sealing and/or filling of the cavities, e.g. for stabilisation of the constructional elements.
