Joint sealing
Joints that may not allow out/in penetration of liquids or gases must be sealed. Here some examples of possible sealing measures: Joint tape: Joint tapes are prefabricated, elastic/swellable plastic bands. They can be installed internally as well as externally, planned or later (externally). Metal water stop: Metal water stops are not elastic and are mainly used for sealing construction joints. By coating the metal water stops with appropriate materials the sealing capacity can be increased. hose: The sealing of expansion joints (movement joints) requires materials that allow the movement of the joints and ensure the safe bond with the surrounding materials. Injectable joint sealing materials meet both requirements. In general, injection can be employed for all types of joints and is used for joint repair.
