Penetration depth / Penetration ability

For measures as e.g. wood protection, concrete coating, and barriers, the penetration depth/ability of the substance used is a criterion that considerably influences the quality of the desired result. The smaller the molecular size (low molecular) the higher the penetration depth/ability and the quality. That means for wood protection a high depth effect, for concrete coating a high force between concrete and coating, and for barriers a uniform distribution of the material.
