Moisture penetration rate
The moisture penetration rate is the ratio between the actual moisture content and the maximum water absorption capacity of a construction material. The maximum water absorption capacity can be taken from tables, the actual moisture content must be measured using appropriate measuring methods (e.g. method, method, etc.).
