A rehabilitation concept includes the actual situation of an object (“what is in good order and needs no actions”), all damages (cracks, mould formation, etc.) and rehabilitation measures required (e.g. stabilisation of the ground, hydrophobizing, etc.) as well as measures to increase the value (energy saving, modernisation, etc.)
